Property Valet utilises PropertyMe to manage all requests from tenants for maintenance and repairs.

Emergency Repairs

For urgent after-hours repairs, refer to your trade contacts listed on your lease agreement. For non-urgent requests, please follow the steps below.

1. Log into PropertyMe

Log into your PropertyMe tenant portal either on your computer, or via the PropertyMe for Tenants app available for smart phone. If you don't already have the PropertyMe app for Tenants on your phone, you can download it now from the Apple Store here or Google Play here.

2. Submit request

Click on the 🔧 Request Maintenance button. Add as much detail as possible including any photos. Press send.

3. We'll be in touch

A notification should appear to confirm your request has been submitted. Our team will review and be in touch soon. You can track your request's status in your Tenant Portal from the Home Screen.
